The File menu gives you access to Connect to TWS, turn the simulator on/off, launch the historical log window, settings window, system reset and Exit the application.

The unlock menu is used only if a subscriber has problems logging into the license servers. If this happens, Unlock will become enabled and allow the subscriber to enter an unlock code (provided by the developer) to bypass the license servers.

Time in Trade - When a position is opened, NT will display a timer in the main caption bar showing the total time that the trade has been opened.

Time Stops

NT Time Stops provide methods in which to cancel a pending trade or close a current position.

To cancel a pending order, simply click on the Cancel Order menu item, then choose from any of the default values or enter a user defined value. The timer starts from the moment you click on your time selection. A check will appear beside the chosen time. At any time, you can turn off the timer by selecting the checked menu item.

To close a current position, simply click on the Close Order menu item and then enter a user defined time. The timer starts from the moment you press enter after specifying your time. A check will appear beside the menu item. At any time, you can turn off the timer by selecting on the checked menu item.

Confirm - Will prompt the user with a confirmation box before canceling an order/closing a position.

Profit Condition - will check to see if a position is profitable before closing a position. If the position is profitable, it WILL NOT close the position.
