GC Front Month won't load, but CC does

When I try and load a chart for GC 06-17, the chart comes up blank. I have double checked, my data subscription includes GC on the CME, and when I load the continuous contract, GC ##-##, it loads and updates fine, so it's not a data subscription issue.

Both the ##-## and the 06-17 have the same session template (24/7).

What can I do so the correct front month contract loads?

I don't get this on other instruments I'm using, for example ES 06-17, NQ 06-17 or 6E 06-17 are all working fine, seems to be just gold/GC.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170521.txt"

The trace file will be named "trace.20170521.txt"
