    Bracket Orders on Free Product?

I have the free version of NT7.

I know how to place an order, then a SL, for that order in the DOM. Is there a way to set a target 'limit' order also while the SL is also active, on the FREE version?

I called brokerage support and they said yes, but could not tell me how to do it.

Can someone help me with this?

    Thanks

The Direct Edition license key does not have access to OCO mode.

It is technically possible to manually place an order which would be your profit target and an order which would be your stop loss with the Direct Edition key, however these orders would not be OCO and would not cancel when other orders cancelled/filled. This could lead to unintended orders remaining which you would need to manually manage.

Here is a link with more information on SuperDOM order entry:

Ok I did a SIM trade. Placed an order at 2400 short on ES. It fills. I then set my stop at 2420. No problems.

I then want my target to be 2375. So I left click on that. Once I do that, it immediately fills. It doesn't wait for it to actually hit it.

So what am I doing wrong?

Did you place a sell limit order or a buy limit order at 2375? Was 2375 above or below the current price at the time of order submission?

          I sold 2400 es.
          Stop at 2420.
Then limit order (left mouse click) at 2375

It is important for me to understand if you are placing buy limit orders or sell limit orders with your sell entry order.

In the SuperDOM, the buy column is on the left and the sell column is on the right. Here is a screenshot example:

Did you place a sell limit order or a buy limit order at 2375?

The behavior you're describing would make sense if you were placing a sell limit order below the market, but not a buy limit order.

Just realized something, I was doing a sell order originally then as my TARGET I was also doing sell order. That doesnt work.

So if I set a buy STOP and a BUY target, there we go.
