    hi,
    NT8 - sim account - there is a problem with display last prices above ask/below bid in different colour than ask or bid colour what is wrong? thank you

    Hello diamondek,

    These colors indicate trades that occurred above the ask price or below the bid price. Are you sure the trades shown in the Time and Sales window occurred above the ask or below the bid?

      yes, I'm sure - I'm trading gold and oil the most and prices below bid/above ask occured quite often; but it displays in normal bid/ask colour despite probably correct settings for differrent colours?
      The problem appeared on NT8, on NT7 it worked correctly.

        Do you recall the last time a trade occurred above the ask or below the bid? Let me know what time zone you have selected as well at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->General.

        I have a Time and Sales window opened for the GC 08-17 and will keep an eye on it.

          for sure yesterday on oil (CL09-17) (above ask), but I don't know the exact hour
          I'm looking also for the GC 08-17 - if I see this prices above ask/below bid I will let you know.

            Can you please check what NinjaTrader 8 version you have installed. You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About. If you do not have the latest version (8.0.7.1) installed, please download and install it from the link below and check if the issue persists.

                I supposed there was a little "gold prices" (above ask)

                  today there is economic news Crude Oil Inventories- so it would be easliy checkable - after the news price goes crazy and there is a lot of "below bid" or "above ask"

                    When I test it using the Playback connection, I see trades in the gold color. To what data feed/broker do you connect in NinjaTrader?

                    As a test, can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Load-tab. Click 'Get Market Replay data' and select the GC 08-17. Set Date to today and click Download.

                    Once finished, please close the Historical Data window and connect to the Playback connection. Right click in the Playback control window and select 'Go To'. Enter a time a few seconds before 14:21:26. Hit Play and check if you see gold prices in the Time and Sales window as well.

                        Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

                        Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

                        Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

                        Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?t=102570' in the subject field.
