    Symbols Not Showing up in the format added in the List

    Hi,
    I am adding FUTURE symbols as per prescribed format from a csv file ex, TATASTEEL 08-17, TCS 08-17, etc as per prescribed procedure tool->import->stock symbol list-> and then loading the csv file (all symbols are loaded from the file I linked correctly so far) and then I filling the remaining details like exchange, currency, list name (future), separator as "-". After clicking "apply" and when I go to select the symbols for charting purpose, the symbols in the list do not appear in the format I have added them. The number 08 (month) and 17 (year) appear as separate entities in the list at teh top on first and second line and the remaining symbols appear in the truncated form "TATASTEEL", "TCS" etc. instead of TATASTEEL 08-17, TCS 08-17. Upon selecting the symbol still, the chart will not load and gives the message saying symbol mapping error

    Please help resolve this issue

    Hello rvdesh,
    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
    Please reference the following in the email body:

        It is more than five days that I have taken subscription of NT8. I am not able to make any headway as i am not able to add symbols from esignal or IB and load charts. Waiting for your action. Preferably by remote assistance.

          We have been attempting to contact you via platformsupport but have not received a response. Please respond to the emails from [email protected] if you're receiving them. If this is the case please unblock NinjaTrader so we may better assist you. Can I verify, did you receive our previous email or resolve your inquiry? Please check your junk and spam folders for messages from [email protected] and ensure these messages are allowed to arrive in your inbox.

            Thank you for your response. Did not find any mails in spam/junk from [email protected]. But Mr Ryan had sent personal email as a result of nil response from my end. I ahve sent reply to Ryan's personal email as per details sought by him. Anyway, I will look into my account again again to rule out emails landing up in junk/spam.

            In the meanwhile please help resolve my issue by taking remote access. A
