    price stuck in last bar

    Hello,

    I have this problem: NT7 draws price into one bar, regardless of timeframe, only one bar is drawn. I have to reload historical data to get proper chart in selected timeframe, but after reload, again only last bar shows current price, and there are no further bars

    Thank you for your post.

    Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:
    • Disconnect
    • Tools
    • Historical Data Manager
    • Edit tab
    • Select the instrument-->Right mouse click-->Delete
    • Close NinjaTrader
    • Documents
    • NinjaTrader 7
    • Open the db folder
    • Open the cache folder
    • Select all files-->Right mouse click-->Delete
    • Open NinjaTrader
    • Connect
    • Open a new chart

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      it didn't work. My last 2min bar without reload is 20:16

        This may be due to the Session Template you have applied. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Set to either "Default 24/5" or "Default 24/7"--> Click Ok.


        If the issue persists please answer the following questions so I may further assist:
        • What version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
        • What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader?
        • Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
        • Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
        • Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
        • What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
        • When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
        • What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load?

          my ninjatrader currently refuses to start (there are error notifications), so I'll tell you what I know:
          It's NT7
          zenfire
          yes
          yes
          I don't know
          2min (the same problem with 10min, I use two timeframes)
          no gray out, I can reload data
          NQ 06-11

            Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

            In the message, please include the following:
            1.) A link to this forum thread.
            2.) Your most current trace and log files.

            You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

            Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

                If you client is running Windows XP this may be due to Daylight Savings. A new patch is released each year by Microsoft to address this issue. The current patch for 2011 is available here:

                  Good day to you! I have performed the same in the suggested steps but problem (price stuck at last bar persists)
