Default I am unable to import historical tick data that I purchased from Disktrading on the w

I am getting an error message from log that "Volume in line 1 <= 0, this line and subsequent lines have been modified and replaced with a value of 1" What do I need to do to correct this? Thanks Lindsay

Hello Lindsay,

Make sure the text file you import uses the same format as in the link below.
http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...V6/Import.html

If so and the issue persists, please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com including the text file.

Please put "Attn Jason" in the subject header and I will test the file on my end.

Hi Jason,

I have the same issue with volume <= 0. How did you resolve this problem?

Hello Chris,

You will need to ensure the mentioned line does not use a volume of zero or less. It will need to hold a value of at least 1.
