Default cachedata

Hello,

when backtesting - I do all the time - there were no results suddenly and after closing and restarting NT there appears now this message - please see the attached screenshot. What does this mean and what to do?

Tony,
The error has been reported before on our forum at thread below.

The customer was using two connections simultaneously. Could this be the case for you as well? If so, am I correct you do not experience the error when connected to one connection?

The issue was resolved after the customer rebuild his workspace. Can you please check if the error occurs when you reload historical data in a different workspace.

Hello,

thank you for your reply. I was not using 2 connections when this occured - Saturday afternoon and no exchange or market open.

Moreover I never use 2 connections simultaneously.

Could you try loading a new workspace and see if the issue persists?
