Help and Current Window

I seem to have the problem of being able to see the current window and the Help window at the same time. I would like to be able to jump between them to see what is being talked about. Maybe it is just a glitch with XP ?

No, that how this help system works: the help window is "Always on top"

Alternatively, you can load the Help Guide into your browser and have the browser window underneath another window.
