Hey guys

I`ve seen another NT user with they IB executed orders to show up on NT charts.
At the moment I`m entering the days trades manually in the charts.
Great to check the days activities but very time consuming.

Can I please have some assistance.

Hello yeahyeah,

Are you referring to historical executions? If so, please double click the chart and set 'Plot executions' to 'TextAndMarker'.

If you refer to active orders, please ensure ChartTrader is enabled and the correct instrument and account combination is selected.

I use NT charts with IB data feed.
The orders I have placed throughout the day with IB I would like to export the data from IB and load in NT charts.

Is this possible? If not, can you please suggest another method.

double click the chart and set 'Plot executions' to 'TextAndMarker'.

Hello yeahyeah,

If you can select your IB account in NinjaTrader and you submit orders in TWS, they will appear in NinjaTrader as well. Note that NinjaTrader will need to be opened and connected to IB.

Unfortunately, it is not supported to load historical trade data from TWS to NinjaTrader.

The NT i`m using is the free version with a connection enabled to feed data from IB.
With this setup, can you confirm that my orders placed through TWS should be showing in NT charts?

If so, can you suggest why they are not showing up within the charts?

Unfortunately not; using the free version, you can only trade and select the sim101 account in NinjaTrader.
