So I have several strategies that use the "add" function within the Initialize() to add indicators to charts etc. What I find happening is that if the chart already has two panels (Panel 1 with chart and panel 2 with some indicator), that when I activate/enable the strategy, the strategy just applies the "add" indicators "over the top" of the existing Panel indicators, such that I end with two different indicators in the panel 2.
For example of I have a chart with a second panel and VOL in it, and I enable a strategy that has an "Add(RSI(14));" command, then I end up with Panel 2 containing VOL and RSI. I would have expected that it would have "added" the new indicators into new panels??? |
