I've set up my eSignal connection it appears to connect properly. It will load data on to a chart, however when I load an instrument list in to Market Analyzer I get no data. Are there any known issues that may cause this?

toptrader, you're the second person today who has reported the same exact issue.
The first thread can be found here. Does the issue persist after upgrading to Beta 14?

I am still having the problem in version 14. I do not see any errors in the logs tab. I am getting the exact same issues as the other user who reported the issue.

What instrument are you using? I will test this on my end with my eSignal credentials. If I am unable to reproduce at that point in time would you mind sending in your credentials to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and then we can try with yours and see if it is account specific? Thanks.

Josh,
I am testing about 20 different FX pairs. I'm sure it is not account specific, because I am using my partner's eSignal credentials, and it works fine for him. |

Hm. Works fine on my end with my own credentials.
What I suggest is maybe you can have your partner send you screenshots of how exactly they have the account connection setup on their NT. Perhaps there may be some firewall blocking some incoming traffic? Does this work for you in 6.5?

Josh,
We've done that as well. He actually logged in to my computer to ensure we had the same settings. Still no joy. Any other ideas? |

When you said it loads on a chart, is it just historical data loading onto the chart from data you may have already had in the Historical Data Manager? Or are you actually getting live streaming data onto the chart as well? Have you tried a 100% new workspace? T&S window for your instrument receive data? What about any of the FX entry windows?

It is just loading historical data. It does not appear to be receiving real-time data. I tried re-installing NT twice and got the same results. I'm certain the data isn't being pulled from my machine. I've been using TradeStation as my datafeed, so I have to manually import historical data. I am getting up to the minute data when I load a chart, but nothing in real-time. I get no data in T&S, DOM, Market Analyzer, etc. Just historical data.

If you are sure the credentials are not the issue, can you try reinstalling eSignal as well?
