Hi all,

I saw in some previous posts people asking for this but as it isn't yet implemented I decided to reinforce the need for this tool.
It would be useful to see on the ruler drawing tool the percentage together with the absolute value on the Y axis. Other software does it and I'm used to it but I'm changing my work to NT and so would like to have this tool available.

I am really looking forward to this 'percentage ruler' because I miss it a lot from other charting packages.
