    problem with importing in nt8

    hi
i m trying to import tick data from txt file
    but it says that :
NZDUSD time stamp in line 366027 at 9/25/20039:00:00pm is smaller than timestamp of previous line :20030925 2100001450000;0.59415;24

but i opened the text file at this rows :
    366035 20030925 2059521980000;0.59418;13
    366026 20030925 2059563330000;0.59433;14
    366027 20030925 2059580030000;0.59413;7
    366028 20030925 2100001450000;0.59415;24
    366029 20030925 2100075420000;0.59421;24
    366030 20030925 2100090750000;0.59413;6
    366031 20030925 2100257140000;0.59416;19

    and the timestamp is bigger
    so what is the problem

I agree that the sample you quoted looks ok. Perhaps our line # referencing is wrong. It is reporting 9:00:00PM in the error but the line references is 08:59:58 PM.

Would you be able to provide us the file you're trying to import? Please email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and we'll see if we can reproduce.

Please also include any PC language and region settings you have have if not set to standard US.

I do not have access to dukascopy data to reproduce; we'll need you to share your data. Would you be able to request a shorter time frame to get the file size down? If the error came from 2003, you should be able to request data from only 2003, rather than the whole 13 years of data you are trying to import.

You can try using a 3rd party file hosting service such as http://filedropper.com/

                  Conversion Complete

                  Finished in 00:00:00.0009358

even though i know my source folder is correct and full
