    Hello ryebank,

    Could it be you do not receive realtime data in the chart? What instrument (+ expiry month) do you have selected and to what data feed/broker do you connect in NinjaTrader?

    Are you able to submit orders from the right click menu in the chart?

      everything else works apart from those buttons

      oil, ES, NQ, DAX, currencies several different charts and i've also recreated them. I have recently reset all trading accounts

        Can you please send me all your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, chart trader not working' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

            any update on this?

            Why can i not use "BUY MARKET" and "SELL MARKET" in chart trader?

            How is it possible that they don't work...?

                i sent an email with my log files to - Put 'Att Jason, chart trader not working' in the subject field and enable

                Att Jason, chart trader not working (/7.0.1000.31/Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0)

                  Thanks for your reply.

                  If you didn't get a confirmation email back and a ticket number, the files were not received.

                  Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further. You can email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
                  In the message include a link to this forum topic.

                  Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
                  Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
                  Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
                  Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
