Default how to place stop loss and profit targets

how do u set stop loss and profit targets on the moving average crossover automated strategies option?

also on the ma crossover why do u get more than one contract on futures like es, when it says 1 contract at a time. watched es with the ma crossover and it always seemed to have 2 or 3 more contracts that it would never close out, lossing more money, instead of having one contract at a time and then reversing.
