Order when the price crossing

Hello,

I want to know how to place the order with the strategy edit of the strategy analyzer to enter long when the price crosses the previous maximum. And close the operation in the crossing of the price to the previous minimum.
I do not want the entrance in the closing of the candle but to the tick.
