What happened to my data?

Can someone tell me what has happened to my data it now has huge gaps in it.I simply tried to load some historical data and now its messed up.I tried deleting it and starting again but now I always get this gapped data.

Hi Mike,

I opened up the same chart and displayed the same data using two different data feeds. It seems to me the data displayed is correct.

It seems way to many gaps.The only reason I ask is because it looked different before I loaded some data.Like 4 hours ago it didnt have all those gaps.

Did you reload your chart or closed the old one (4 hours ago) and opened up a new one?

It is not possible for data to change if you have the same chart opened the whole time.

In addition, I suggest to compare the chart with another chart using a different source and check if they resemble.

Yeah maybe you are right it just got gaps.I looked on another app it seems has gaps to but the zenfire seems it has more.Thanks.

May I ask another question if you are monitoring this thread.Im trying to load an instrument.Sugar#11 pit nybot 07/08 SB.It has no data for it on charts.However the contract exists and is trading.It comes up with only 1 bar on the chart.I have tried reloading historical data of all types and even selected date back to 1990.And it still just gives one bar on a 5 min chart.Maybe Zenfire doesnt provide historical data for this instrument?
Also I have updated reloaded database etc in options misc.

This is all I can get for this contract even when I load historical data from 1990.

It seems there is no historical data supported for this instrument. Could you please send me your setup of the SB instrument used in the Instrument Manager. That way, I can test it on my end.

I tested the SB on my end and experienced the same; no historical data displayed in the chart. It seems there is no historical data supported for this instrument using Zen-Fire.
