NinjaTrader crashes when exporting an indicator open source

    I want to confirm this was after creating a clean environment and exporting this one script.

      Would it be possible to work on the bugs affecting plain charts first?

      -> currently the historical data manager cuts holes into my tick data base as it removes the last hour of trade date from the historical data
      -> the trading hours for NYMEX instruments are still false resulting in entire day being omitted from the charts
      -> NinjaTrader does not properly handle the processing of secondary daily bars

      It would be much more important to get clean charts without data holes with NinjaTrader 8. This problem here is a minor problem which does not affect the majority of NinjaTrader users.

        Hi Harry,

        What steps do I need to take to reproduce the behavior?

        Currently, I am able to load tick data and the tick data remains even after restarting. I am not able to reproduce the last hour of tick data being removed.

        Is there a specific day of the week or specific date the 'Nymex Metals - Energy ETH' is omitting?
        On my chart I'm loading a minute chart and showing data from sunday at 6:00 PM to Friday at 5:00 PM Eastern.

        Are you referring to secondary bars on a chart?
        Are you comparing this with a chart that does not have a secondary series?

            I do not how and when this issue has been fixed, but I have not observed anymore crashes with the latest two releases of NinjaTrader 8.
