Does there exist "COMMANDS" in NinjaTrader

1) i.e. in Tradestation, it is possible to code soemthing like this:

if (condition) then
   RunCommand("Open Chart", "/ES", 5min);

(this is phseudo code, however, there exists RunCommand that does many things)

is something like that possible in NT?
i.e. to open up a new chart with specific SYMBOL/TIMEFRAME/INDICATOR ATTACHED on it or with some parameters?

( I dont exactly mean for "OPEN WINDOW", but does it have any other available commands, like this?:

2) Is it planned on website, to add a "resolved" button for topics? as authors could mark the topic as resolved (but still remained open for new replies).
