Ninja Lagging

Hi

I am having trouble with my ninja lagging... both the crosshair and when I place a trade there seems to be a 6 second delay to when it shows on the chart. I will get the audio saying trade filled but the chart seems to freeze and I cant see what the price action is doing.

I have a vague recollection of someone telling me about emptying the cache or logs or something about a year ago but cant remember or find the email.

Can you let me know what is going on and how to fix it please

Ninja 64bit
Windows 10
16 gig RAM

No more than usual programs open - in fact closed a lot of stuff when it started happening but didn't fix anything

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
