Control Y axis price value and decimal digits

Hi
I'm using NT8 demo and not able to set the correct price value on my EUR-USD 70 tick chart.
As you can see, the price range for 12/02/2016 was between 1.1220 to 1.1330 but on my chart is completely different (ex: 1.01256'6).
How can I fix this issue and set the price to 4 decimal digits?

Where is the NT customer support team?
Now one is able to solve this issue?

Hello Merka,

In the image of the Instrument options for the EURUSD you provided. The TickSize is set to .0001. Change this to .00001.

After making that change, does the price axis report as it should?
