    chart missing data

    Hi,

    Often when i ask for a 5, 10 etc minute chart after loading some data are missing.
    Its always the previous day. Sometimes it also happens after NT8 connect.

    Is there a way to fix that problem?
    I have to reload all data on the chart and its 30 days chart 10 minutes and it takes an eternity to reload.
    I have a 12gb ram so its not my pc.

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
