Show multi-instrument positions on the strategies tab

The strategies tab shows the position and avg price, but this is only for the primary instrument. If there is a trade with a secondary instrument (in a multi-instrument timeframe) then it is not shown.

This can be especially problematic if you run a strategy that starts with an open position in a secondary instrument yet the account is flat. The user will not be aware that the strategy has an open position.

It seems that the strategies tab was designed for single instrument and it just needs to be updated for multi-instrument strategies.
