Ray as a former VP of software Product Management and Marketing I understand the decisions that went into making the announcement that you and your team just made. All too often software companies fail dismally to communicate status, current and future product direction, and properly set expectations (Microsoft for example). Most users don't understand what it takes to ship a high quality & reliable software product that is extremely complex. In addition, when that software significantly impacts real-time financial decisions the importance of getting it right is magnified significantly.

NT 6 works fine and serves our need. Getting NT 7 right is the highest priority. The engineering team should not take this announcement as an opportunity to 'back off' just a little. It's still 'balls to the wall' because your product environment is very competitive.

I for one like a lot about Ninja Trader and look forward to NT 7. It will be a great product. You made the right call.
