Help with installation!

For the life of me I can not get this Ninjatrader platform started on my laptop. I started yesterday and I got the "Unable to connect to database"
message then I went through what you suggested. That didn't work. I tried downloading Net 3.5 from my window's update and that failed to download. And so I did a PC recovery and now I can't even open the ninjatrader platform. When I try to I get this message: "Ninjatrader application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.". What can I do?

Hi,

Can you send your latest trace file to support at ninjatrader dot com. You can find it under Start menu--> Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20100520.txt.

Refer to this post when you send it over. If the file is larger than 4 MB, let me know and I'll provide an alternative method to send it over.

what can we do as this is a on going problem
