2 computers, same network, one won't connect

I´ve had Ninja running on one computer for some years, no problems. Just confirming this as this shows my network has no blocks to the ninja servers.

I´m just trying to install NinjaTrader onto a second computer and I keep getting an error message on startup that "Failed to verify license, please try again in a few moments". Sometimes it is coming up with a longer message saying "Ninja is having problems connecting to its license servers. Possible problems are a)firewall b) ISP. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking and try again in a few minutes.

I´m not sure what to do now?

Thank you for writing in.

Microsoft has dropped support for Windows XP and Server 2003 resulting in updated certificates not being supplied. NinjaTrader is dropping support for these operating system and it is recommended to upgrade to a supported operating system.

There is a temporary manual install of security certifications available for those of you who will not have immediate access to an updated operating system.
