Shortcut Key in Switching Contracts on Default Listing on Charts

I would like to request that on NT 7 there is a shortcut key that allows me to rapidly move from one contract to the next on the Default Listing. I have over 20 markets to look at every night and it becomes very cumbersome to have to click up on the default area and select the next contract every time.

Also, If possible I would like to be able to have different Portfolios and every time I select a different one it will stay at the top of the screen.... right now the only one that shows is the Default Portfolio.
