Scrolling chart using keyboard arrow keys

In NT8 the current behavior (unless I am missing something, please point out if I am doing something wrong) when using the arrow keys to scroll the chart vertically is to have not only the main chart scroll but also the chart sub-panels scroll at the same time.

As most of the time the sub-panels are indicators it does not make sense to have them scroll when the main chart scrolls.

As I see it, this is not correct behavior, there should be an option to select the panel to scroll or lock panels the user does not want to scroll (in the vertical axis, the horizontal axis should always scroll with the main chart).

I would like to suggest a feature to allow the user to set which panels will scroll or lock selected panels from scrolling vertically.
