    E-mini Russel 2000 with InteractiveBrokers

    Hello,

    I'm trying to get real time data of this symbol from interactivebrokers. But when I try I receive te next message: Error in requesting historical data form IB: No security definition has been found for the request(200).

    I attach the the complete error message and the settings that I have for this symbol (Instrument Manager).

    The version of TWS that I am running is: 944.3.
    The version of NT is: 7.0.1000.31

    What can I do to solve it?

    Thank you for your post,

    To test, please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications: Disconnect and go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    You will need to close and restart NinjaTrader for the settings to take effect.

    If you're still unable to get data, try requesting less historical data when opening up the chart as the message may also indicate a data limit. This is done via the File > New > Chart > Days to Load setting.

      Thank you EricB,

      I followed those steps but I'm having the same result.

      The weird thing here is that as you can see at the the log, I receive a message from the TWS which says "Requested market data is not subscribed. 354". However, I really receive real time data of this future thru TWS (as you can see on the screenshot)

      What is the next step that I must do in order to solve this problem?

        Sorry to hear that didn't help, if you do see the same when requesting less data as well, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

        * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          I have found the problem.

          I just had to change TF|||100 by TF|||50.

          Everything works fine now.
