    No data in superdom

    Windows 7, NT version 7.0.1000.20. I'm unable to get data working in the superdom or time and sales using MBTrading. I've uninstalled MBT's Navigator and installed the version recommended for the .20 version of NT from the help page, but still nothing is happening. Thanks.

    Hello alanack,

    Thanks for your post.

    This likely indicates that you do not have a subscription to Level 2 data with MB Trading.

    Please double check with MB Trading that you are enabled for Level 2 data with your subscription.

      MBT tells me they do not have different levels of data - and my charts using MBT's data with Quotetracker are working fine, so I think there is perhaps something very simple I haven't done to get things started. Any other ideas? Thanks.

            Hello alanack,

            Are you getting real time data and historical data on a chart using the MB Trading connection?

            May I confirm you are using the YM 03-14 and not a different expiry?

              Yes, charts of the current YM contract are not a problem using data from MBT. And yes, I've entered /YMH4 in both the navigator and superdom and nothing is coming up. I've had this problem two or three times before and each time it was caused by an incompatible version of the Navigator. So just to double-check, I am running NT v. 7.0.1000.20 and Navigator v. 11.9.0.44. Thanks.
