Error on loading historical data from secondary provider

Hello,

I am getting error 20013 when I attempt to load ^VIX with Kinetick as the primary data provider and IB as the secondary provider. When I load ^VIX with only IB as the provider, it loads correctly. I do not have this problem with any other instrument (future/stock/index/etc.) when both Kinetick & IB are connected in that order.

I do not have the Kinetick subscription for VIX and would prefer to use IB's.

Any suggestions?

Yes, I am able to load ^VIX when the order is swapped, however, I prefer to use Kinetick as the primary for charting reasons.
