Are users' trade data and strategies visible to NinjaTrader staff?

a) the ninjascript or the trade execution data transferred to ninjatrader servers or otherwise visible to ninjatrader ?

(for users not using Super DOM who trade with Interactive Brokers).

Order submitted to the Sim101 account by a fully automated NinjaScript Strategy will not leave your computer and will be filled by the Simulation Engine.

Orders submitted to a live funded brokerage account by a fully automated NinjaScript Strategy will be submitted to the exchange where they will become working and will be filled.

A strategy cannot run unless your computer is on and receiving data. NinjaTrader needs a constant steady internet connection. If the computer is off, sleep, or hibernating NinjaTrader will be disconnected from the Internet.

No, the NinjaTrader platform runs on your local computer.

NinjaScripts, Atm Strategies, charts, and any other settings are not uploaded anywhere by NinjaTrader.

Your broker and the exchange will be able to see your executions as orders will be submitted from the NinjaTrader Platform to your broker and then forwarded to the exchange.
