Long ? short when flat vs. position

While using Condition Builder to create strategy, if i put in actions: "enter long at limit". The system will enter long if one is flat. What about when one is short will it close the short and go long without having specified that command in the actions. Vice versa for the short order.

NT by default closes any opposite position (here: "short") if you issue an entry signal (here: "long"). No need to worry about an explicit "close opposite position" logic in your NinjaScript strategy.
