How long does it take to receive a demo login/password?

I would like to try out NinjaTrader and signed up for a free demo account. It's been over a day now and I've tried with 3 different email addresses. I've gotten the initial email saying a login/pass will be sent to me shortly but nothing after that. Nothing in my spam folder either.

Hello Nosinpi,

Unfortunately there is an issue with new CQG demo connections. I have also not received new demo login credentials so far upon requesting a new demo connection today. I have contacted CQG regarding the issue. They are currently looking into it. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

Unfortunately no news so far. It is still being looked into.

The issue has been resolved. You should now receive the email with username and password information again after you appy for a demo connection. So please enter the information again at the link below and you should receive the email with login credentials after 15 minutes.

Is this happening again right now? Can't connect to cqg demo, so i requested new demo login, still haven't received second email a half hour later. tried a second email address 15 mins ago and still nothing....

I am demo-ing NT8 also and requested twice. Looked in spam folder and there it was. whitelisted email address.

Could it be the email is in your spam/junk folder?

What webpage did you use to apply for the demo connection? If not at the link below, please try this link and check if you receive the email with demo login credentials.

Did you perhaps receive an email that states 'demo allowance exceeded'?
