Changing Documents\NinjaTrader 7 directory location

Is there a way to change NT 7 directory location instead of under the "OneDrive" directory? I tried to reinstall NT 7 but I realized that it doesn't give you the option to change the NT7 directory under 'Documents' during installation.

That would be an easier way to prevent it from being replicated in the cloud. (btw, my other trading platform does just that).

This is what I mean:
- instead of C:\Users\UserXYZ\OneDrive\Documents\NinjaTrader 7
- it would install under C:\Users\UserXYZ\Documents\NinjaTrader 7

No, I'm looking for something simpler. Maybe a config file on NT 7? I don't understand why there is not an easy way to change this... if not they should do this into the NT 'options' or the installation process...

NinjaTrader will install into whatever folder is designated as your Documents folder. If OneDrive has taken control of this folder, then this is where NinjaTrader will be installed.

If OneDrive is backing up NinjaTrader files at the same time that NinjaTrader needs to use the file, file sharing violations and NinjaTrader crashes can occur.

I would recommend making a backup of your Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder on your desktop and either disabling OneDrive completely, or ensuring that NinjaTrader 7 is not included in the automatic backup.
