Historical error ninjatrader

    Historical error ninjatrader

    Good. Yesterday I did not open the ninjatrader. Yesterday from 12:30 pm I have a continuous line in fgbl09-17 and I do not load historical. Anyone else with this problem? Ninja7 ver .34 Last tws.

    Can you provide a screenshot of this on your chart?

    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      I used until yesterday the version of tws recommended by ninjatrader without problems. Today I had this problem. With the last tws the problem continues.

        Hello julifro,

        Thank you for your patience.

        Please go to Tools > Options > Data > Merge Policy, if this is not set to Merge Back Adjusted then please set it and select OK.
        Please then right click on the chart > select Reload All Historical Data.

        If this does not correct the very large gap in the chart prices please let me know.

          I followed your instructions. The problem continues.
          It happens with the future of the bund fgbl 09-17
          The future of the Dax Fdax 08-17 gives good history.
          The tws own graphic if it shows the history normally
          Last version tws. 960 does not work on my pc.
