    NT crashes when telephone used

    Hello,
    I recently upgraded to NT8 version 8.0.5.2, and since then, when I make a telephone call (line is the same as the one for my broadband connection), connection to the historical data server is lost. When the connection returns, my charts remain frozen, and I have to shut down NT using Task Manager, clear the cache, and restart it. I connect to Continuum for live data. Any idea what the issue is?

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170322.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
