    Sending support email

    I am trying to send support email with a trace file trough Ninja and I get an error I have put the error in the attached pic.

    Hello Geotabs,

    The settings you can check for this are found under Tools > Options > Misc tab.

    You can also manually attach the files and send an email to [email protected]


    Trace files are labeled according to their date in YYYYMMDD format. Today's trace file is found at:
    My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\trace\trace.20100506.txt
