Opening Strategy in Analyzer Issue

I can't seem to open strategies in the strategy analyzer located in custom folders. It just randomly selects a strategy in the root strategy folder or leaves the combo box blank.

Could you outline the steps you are using that prevents the strategy from being able to be selected?

If you could provide an export of the strategy that would also be helpful. If this is a full strategy you do not want to provide, I could suggest to instead create an empty shell strategy using the same steps. If the shell strategy is also not selectable I would like to review both the strategy and steps used. In the case that the shell strategy can be selected, I would suggest reducing the code in the original to see if a specific portion of code is the cause.

Hi Jesse,
I tried creating a new folder and new blank strategy and it has the same problems. I don't think the problem is with any particular strategy. It does it with all strategies located in a sub folder.

Since the last post, it seems we had a user report this item with steps to reproduce this action and it has been resolved internally. Please refer to issue: 11387 in the next release for a resolution.

Thank you for the reply.

For items you import, unfortunately I couldn't really suggest anything as there is no way to change their namespace. You would likely need to revert to a prior version of the platform to see this changed.

For items you create, you would just need to not use a custom folder so you can continue developing the item.
