Move charts horizontal and vertical

Is there a setting that will enable me to freely move the chart in the horizontal and vertical?
When I select an area of the chart and left click, I can drag it left and right only but I would like it to move vertically as well. I know about the CTRL+left mouse click thing but hoping there is a checkbox buried somewhere in the settings that will achieve this..

Currently there is not a setting within NInjaTrader that will allow the free movement of Y and X axis. If you would like I may submit a product feature request on your behalf.

same here. i try CTRL-drag the y-axis up/down and nothing moves!!!! honestly, that here we are in 2017 and users still have to struggle with such basic UI features.

compare this crap to tradingview.com: NT8 i need to read the freaking user manual. with tradingview, i can guess in under 10 mins what does what and be good to go.

so what does that tell, UI team at NinjaTrader? perhaps time to up your game.

Can you please clarify if you are holding the CTRL Key + clicking on the price scale directly on the Y-axis? I have added your vote for free clicking to move the Y-axis.

gimme a effing break, will ya. at one time CTRL-click-drag the y-axis works, and then it doesn't. what do you expect me to say? shower NT with compliments on a job well done? i think not.

all you have to do is go over to tradingview.com and see how easy it is to drag your chart around: just grab it with the mouse and you are done. why there is any need for the keyboard to come into play as well when all you want to do is interact with a 2D graphic (ie the chart) is beyond comprehension or any decent UI/UX design guidelines.
