Hello Support Team,
I have installed NT 7.0.1000.31 on Win 7 Pro (64-bit).
The NT stop working after "Get Connected" screen.
I select Connection, enter User Name and Password, press "Connect" but there is no progress and if I press "Skip" or "Close" the "Get Connected" screen then NT stop working.
Attached you can find:
1. Print Screen of NT notification.
2. The .xml (changed to .txt) file generated by NT that help describe the problem
3. The .log file from NT 7 folder.
I already tried to uninstall NT, clear internet browser cache and history, restart PC and reinstall NT, but problem still the same.
