How to remove a Drawn Line in NT8 from a Strategy
I've been browsing the guide and the forum and I can't see much actual info in this regard, so I'd like to know the simplest and fastest way to draw or remove an "Extended Line.
Thanks in advance.Last edited by pstrusi; 09-10-2017, 12:07 PM.Tags: None

Create a Line
Draw.ExtendedLine(this, "tag1", 10, Close[10], 0, Close[0], Brushes.LimeGreen, DashStyleHelper.Dot, 2);
Erase the Line above
RemoveDrawObject("tag1");
If there still is a faster or more efficient way, please let me know
Thanks

Hello pstrusi,
Drawing objects can be removed by a script, only if they are created by that script.
This is done with RemoveDrawObject() / RemoveDrawObjects(). Below is a publicly available link to the help guide.
I am not aware of another way to remove drawing objects from a chart.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
