Internet usage with zenfire??

Hi, i have a question in regards to the actual download usage that ninja trader uses when using the zenfire data feed. I seem to get to my ISP download limit real quick over the month and want to know what the typical download usage is say per hour on a 1 minute chart.

Unfortunately we don't have any information to that regard. May be your broker could provide you this information.

Note: it definitely would depend e.g. on
- numbers of instruments followed
- only level1 data or even level2 data monitored

Another option would be asking your ISP for some tracking feature and just test your typical setup e.g. on a regular session.

Data download usage

Just an update, i ran monitoring program on the ninjatrader platform.

The most data is used when refreshing or load your charts from new. My setup consisted of 4 charts: 5minute, 144tick, 377tick, and a 1 minute.

From the start (loading new charts) and running during cash market i found that data downloaded was averaging around 3.5 to 4 megabytes per hour on my internet connection.

Hope this helps for anyone else who wanted to know.
