    Hello,

    You would need to update to the current release in order for the key to verify normally as a result of changes made to our licensing system in late February.

    Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

    Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
    Delete your browsing history
    Attempt the download again
    If the above does not work then try:

    Repeat above instructions
    Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download
    If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

      It took 60min to download the latest version. But when I installed it rolled back the installation?

          I do not succeed to open the platform. To see attached photo I asked the simulated free trading. I have received the password but I have not received the license number AMP

              Can you please write in to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

              You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
              In the body of your message please include the following:

                Having this issue today

                Hi, I'm having this issue today Nov 14 2016.

                It has been working fine until today, I checked Norton and NinjaTrader is allowed in the firewall. I've restart the system but no luck.

                I use Windows 10, Ninjatrader 7.0.1000.32.

                  Can you please restart your router/modem (unplug the power source from the back for around 30 seconds) and restart NinjaTrader?
