Hi,

I'm having trouble with my Time & Sales. Here's a picture of what it's doing. As far as I know, I do not have it set up for red background on anything. All the backgrounds are set to black. Can you please help me with this?

Thank you for your post.

First please right-click on the T&S window & select Properties

Click the “Reset” button. This should restore the window/color properties back to their default state.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

I don't want the default one. I've gone to great pains to create the one I have. I just want it to work properly, which it was doing up until today.

In that case are you unable to edit the T&S window properties back to where you want them to be?

These colors are established in the Properties edit/menu. You can reference these settings to understand why a certain color is applied.

Hello all,
I am very new to Ninja Trader and the support forum, but I think I know what is happening; but at the same time I'm not absolutely sure.

I am fairly certain that when you hit new lows for the day that the DAILY LOW COLOR you selected is then used as background color, and the same thing for new highs for the day then the Daily HIGH COLOR is used for background color.... At least that is what I have seen with my stocks trading with NINJA Trader so far....
Like I said I am a total newbie to this all, but you may try changing both of these colors to a scheme that fits your needs. Hope I was of help.
