cannot take long trade

very very strange behaviour today

Any trades i take from the chart trader becomes a short by default--luckily I am trading in sim today or else it would have been a disaster. The chart trader shows it as a long but when closing the trade and checking in the account performance--all trades have become shorts. As if when I press the Buy button it sees it as a short. When I filter to show only longs today-it shows no trades.

What can I do??

Forgot the mention--also getting eratic info from account performance-- plus 1 tick becomes plus 6--its not slippage--i tried repairing the database--still not working

Ok its the sim101 account--i tried a sim2 account and that worked ok.

Please send me your database, log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support, checking the box 'Database file'.

and now my control center is completely locked up
