Enhanced ATM Strategies

Feature Request:

I would love to see the ATM strategies enhanced. When creating the strategy, it would be great to be able to select Points, Percent, Currency or ATR units for stops and targets.
So instead of making a strategy with a stop 10 points away, we could make it 3xATR away or 5% away which would adapt to the current market.
This would make the ATM strategy much more flexible IMO.

OR...

If calling an ATM Strategy from a NinjaScript strategy, it would be great to set the stops, targets and quantities on demand. The calculations could then be carried out in a script and then sent to the ATM strategy for implementation.

1) This is already possible. Right click in the SuperDOM--> Properties--> Parameter Type--> change to your desire.

2) I will forward this to development to ask if they can add it to the list of future considerations.

ATR stops is what I really am looking for though...

What exactly do you mean with 'ATR stops'?

ATR based Stop:

A value of 3 would place a stop loss at 3 x current ATR value away from position.

So you could say:
Fixed Stop - 3xATR
Trailing Stop - 3XATR
Target - 6xATR
Breakeven - 3xATR

...and so on

The benefit in this approach is that if it is a quiet day, your stops will automatically be closer than on a more volatile day and vice versa.
