Button on Main Toolbar - NT8

I am looking for an example or code snippet for placing a button on main toolbar to draw an object such as a trend channel or a line (just one of the drawing tools).

Before I burn my brain, your "incomplete" indicator places a drawing toolbar shortcut as part of the chart? It would be great if there is any script to place it as part of main toolbar. That is what I am really looking for.

Hello aligator,

No, the DrawingToolsShortcuts makes its own toolbar and places it in the UserControlCollection.

The ChartToolBarCustomMenuExample, however, does add a button to the existing chart toolbar at the top.

But with the information about how to create a button in ChartToolBarCustomMenuExample and how to trigger a drawing object with DrawingToolsShortcuts, you could combine these to create your goal indicator.
