Say you have an active window in a workspace...then you move to another window and hit a hot key to place a Draw Tool on the second window....but you forgot to highlight the new window before doing so...so you highlight the widow and then again hit a hot key and place your graphic object there...
Then you go back to the first window and find that the cursor is now set up as a pen to place the graphic object on that chart that you had hit the hot key initially intended for on the second chart...and then the only way to get rid of the pen and back to the pointer in that window is to go ahead and place the draw object and then delete it. What you want to be able to do when you accidentally set up the Draw Tool pen (in any manner) to place a draw tool...you want to be able to go immediately to the Cursor icon in the tool bar and hit that which would then cancel the pen.
Thanks....
